. Communication Skills should be excellent (specially English and Hindi)
2. Technically must be sound.
3. Working in shifts and at times might have to stretch beyond shifts if required.
4. Attendance – above 98%
5. As Service Desk will be 8 to 8 so need to have the resources also aligned accordingly,
6. Must be able to handle users remotely.
