Email client trouble shooting
2. Microsoft Office 2007, Office 2010 & 2013 support
3. OS and Application trouble shooting
4. Testing and document new requirement by client
5. Sound knowledge in latest Hardware and technology
6. Basic knowledge up on Asset tracking and Basic high gene activities
7. Domain and Network level basic knowledge and understanding
8. Skill to handle user escalation and VIP user support
9. Should have 3 more years work experience in client environment supporting minimum 100 users either as a team member or individually
10. Knowledge on VC and video/voice message tool
11. Deep understanding up on SLA and ticket tracking tool
12. Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 ,8.1 & 8 Windows 10 experience
13. Microsoft Office 2007, Office 2010 & 2013 support
14. Knowledge of all software applications used within the organization
15. Self-confidence and interpersonal skills
16. Analytical and problem solving skills
17. Good communication (both verbal and written) skills
