We have requirement for Server Engineer HP Project.

Experience: 1+ yrs
Qualification: Dipolma / degree
Location: Bangalore and Chennai ( 24*7 support)

Job description:

Diagnosing & trouble shooting the hardware issues related to HP & IBM Servers & Storage.
• Experience in Windows OS & Linux
• Good Knowledge on Server & storage Hardware
• Knowledge about RAID concepts.
• knowledge about BIOS configuration / ILO configuration & Firmware update.
• Installation & Mounting the Servers & Storage boxes in Rack.
• To close the server ticket within the given SLA & TAT.
• Replacement of faulty Server Spares,
• Able to read & understand the Server hardware logs.
• Handle the production servers.
• Preparing Plan of action for the server calls.
• Preparing root cause analysis / corrective action plans for critical cases.
