Responsibilities are:

 

  • Prepare quotations based upon customer technical specifications
  • Manage customer phone calls and supporting them for technical doubts upon the products.
  • Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals
  • Following up the payments from customers
  • Troubleshooting customer service issues
  • Prepare project presentation based on the customer request.
  • Making price comparison with customers & suppliers.
  • Contact current and potential customers to evaluate needs and promote sales.
  • Having a solid experience in price handling, analysis of competitor and market prices.
  • Track status of overall orders process with highlights shipment/delivery of the right products, and documents follow up for smooth the delivery
  • Maintaining all records information pertinent to customer orders and their fulfillment, including weekly and monthly results against expected performanceResponsibilities are:
