  • Must have very good working experience supporting, maintaining, administering installing Core Cisco technologies (Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN Controllers, Firewalls & VPN).
  • In depth knowledge of switching, ACL, static route, OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
  •  In depth knowledge on Juniper, Sonicwall and Fortigate Firewalls.
  •  Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Remote access VPN and site to site VPN.
  • Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Load Balancer e.g. F5, Radware, and citrix.
  •  Strong hands on experience in designing, implementing, and configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring complex and enterprise networks.
  • Understanding of RADIUS (server), TACACS+, and LDAP authentication Experience with Cisco Secure ACS
  • Good knowledge on Datacenter networks
  •  Fair knowledge on  syslog servers cons.
  •  Good in generating utilization and availability reports and analysing the reports for finding the root cause of issues, fine tuning network & system environments and betterment to the network usage polices.
  • Excellent working knowledge of networking concepts and technologies including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and basic experience with Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange
  • Skilled in communicating both written, spoken  and inter-personal skills with in team, IT departments, customers, collaborating with various team for addressing any issues.
  • Must have excellent organization and technical documentation skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to make modifications to the systems with little or no interruption of service
  •  Ability to organize projects and tasks according to priorities, communicate effectively project plans and status including escalating for when issues occur
  • Must be self-motivated and enjoy a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
  •  Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as project and system availability requirements demand.
  •  The Information Technology department of JDA is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer for day-to-day operations, support and maintenance of remote Network.
  •   Accountable for metrics like SLA compliance, Mean time to respond/resolve, Customer Satisfaction, Uptime of Network devices.


  • Be part of the Remote Network team responsible for day-to-day operations of the customer Network, WAN, MPLS, Internet, LAN, Wireless, Network Monitoring tools, Syslog,  Firewalls, VPN,  Load balancers, Web Control Systems,  and Datacenter network devices.
  • Recover from the incidents quickly and implement long term fixes to avoid recurrences of incidents.
  • Interacting with IT staff or vendors in performing complex testing, support and troubleshooting functions.
  •  Responsible for asset management, change management, configuration management,
  • Documenting standards and operating procedures, up to date network and voice related documentation, Architecture Diagrams etc.  And acting as technical resource to the IT staff and systems users.
  • To be able to assist in ensuring a 99.99% availability of all network and systems components including the appropriate, timely escalation and notifications to management and user communities.
